上海，2020年9月8日 – 亚洲领先的酒店管理运营商ONYX曜俪酒店集团今天宣布，任命蔡熠先生(Ethan Cai)为资深副总裁及中国区负责人，以强化集团拓展中国市场的长期决心。 蔡熠先生于上海的中国区区域办公室履新，并直接向ONYX曜俪酒店集团运营部行政副总裁Craig Bond汇报。蔡熠先生将负责集团旗下中国区所有酒店和服务式公寓的运营和发展，并积极寻找全新的业务和项目商机，掌管集团在中国区的持续拓展和全新项目的开业筹备工作，其中包括即将开业的长春钜城莎玛汇酒店以及海口莎玛汇服务式公寓酒店。 蔡熠先生将其超过20年的丰富经验带到了ONYX曜俪酒店集团。在加入ONYX曜俪之前，蔡熠先生曾联合创立了一家专注于开发应用于酒店业务的智能机器人的旅游创新公司。他的职业生涯开始于凯悦集团，是久负盛名的上海金茂君悦大酒店的开业团队成员。后期他逐步晋升为中国金茂集团的高级管理人员，成为其酒店部门的总经理。金茂集团是中国顶级的房地产开发商之一，在中国拥有多处著名的豪华酒店及度假村项目。其后，他在中国和日本的摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)房地产投资和资产服务咨询部门担任多个高级职位，并负责其基金在中国经济型酒店连锁的投资管理，参与完成了当时国内最大的酒店行业并购案之一。蔡熠先生也曾作为欧洲领先的旅游地产开发商和营运商璞蔚集团的中国合资企业的核心创始团队之一，带领业务拓展团队在18个月内为该公司在中国境内签下了11个不同的发展项目。 ONYX曜俪酒店集团总裁及首席执行官马添乐 (Douglas Martell) 先生表示：“蔡熠先生在房地产投资、酒店及旅游资产开发和旅游创新产业方面的丰富经验将会是我们的宝贵资产，让我们在持续深耕中国内地市场以及发掘机遇的过程中如虎添翼。随着继续迈向亚太区最佳中型酒店管理集团的目标，我们期待蔡熠先生的加入能够为集团及这个充满商机的重点市场注入全新的活力和能量。” 建基于曼谷，ONYX曜俪酒店集团目前管理及运营50家酒店及公寓物业，并于亚太区发展迅速，正在开发的全新物业超过20家，分布在中国、日本、老挝、马来西亚、马尔代夫以及斯里兰卡。集团已立下目标，矢志成为区域内的最佳中型酒店管理集团。
