ONYX Hospitality Group Takes the Spotlight at Booking.com’s Elevate 2023 Event. 

Bangkok, 14th September – ONYX Hospitality Group, under the leadership of CEO, Mr. Yuthachai Charanachitta, is set to grace the stage at the Booking.com’s Elevate 2023 event with a panel session titled “We Make It Easier, You Make It Unforgettable.” This session gears towards shedding light on ONYX Hospitality Group’s dedication to enhancing regional partner’s experience and fortifying its partnership with Booking.com. 

The theme of the session revolves around addressing disparities that exist between regional and international hotel chains, with a specific focus emphasising the terms and conditions of listings. ONYX Hospitality Group acknowledges the challenges posed by these disparities and is steadfast in its resolve to effect significant change.  

Mr. Yuthachai Charanachitta, the CEO of ONYX Hospitality Group, articulated his vision in response to a posed question during the panel session: “One of the significant challenges we grapple with is the variance in privileges and restrictions. If I were to envision a transformative change, it would be to have all hotel listings on Booking.com, irrespective of being a local or an international chain, adhere to the same rules. With this standardisation, local hotel chains like ours could fully harness the potential of this partnership. We would have equal opportunities and resources at our disposal, without having to contend with intricate distinctions that divert our attention from the strategic objectives. This equitable environment would enable us to concentrate on our growth strategies, enhance guest experiences, and innovate without any hindrances.”
